Thousands upon thousands of wildebeest that march in mindless unison on the annual migration through the Serengeti. or a family of elephants wading across the wide, muddy Rufiji and Tarangire River. What about a pride of well fed lions sunbathing on the grassy floor of the majestic Ngorongoro Crater. It is such images that tend to spring to mind when one thinks of Tanzania as a truly safari destination without peer.
Day – 1 :
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. You will be met by your safari driver/guide.
Drive to Arusha City and on to Kibo Palace Hotel for overnight stay.
Day – 2 :
Breakfast at The Kibo Palace Hotel.
Morning drive north and on to Tarangire National Park arriving in time for lunch at Lake Burunge Tented Lodge.
Afternoon drive into the Tarangire National Park for game viewing drive.
Late afternoon drive back to your lodge
Dinner and overnight at Lake Burunge Tented Lodge.
Day – 3 :
Breakfast at Lake Burunge Tented Lodge.
Morning drive into the great rift valley to the banana village of Mto wa Mbu.
Depart on a guided cultural tour of the village visiting the banana plantation farms, visit a local brewing home. Lunch will be served at a local Restaurant.
Afternoon drive to Lake Manyara National Park famous for tree climbing lions. Late afternoon drive to Ngorongoro Highlands.
Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Farm House.
Day – 4 :
Early morning drive into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full day of game viewing drive.
Packed breakfast and lunch will be served at a special picnic area.
Late afternoon ascent the Ngorongoro Crater and drive on to the Ngorongoro Highlands.
Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Farm House.
Day – 5 :
Breakfast at the Farm House.
Morning drive back to Arusha City arriving by mid-day.
Day – 1 :
Morning drive out of Arusha City and on north crossing masai plains to Tarangire National Park arriving in time for lunch at Tarangire Safari Lodge.
Afternoon game viewing drive in the Park known for its large concentrations of elephants.
Late afternoon return to your lodge.
Dinner and overnight at Tarangire Safari Lodge.
Day – 2 :
After breakfast drive through the Great Rift Valley to the small village of Mto Wa Mbu translated as River of Mosquitoes. Take a guided cultural tour of the village followed by lunch at a local Restaurant.
After lunch drive into Lake Manyara National Park for game viewing drive. The park is famous for its tree climbing lions.
Early evening drive out of the park.
Dinner and overnight at Migunga Forest Tented Camp
Day – 3 :
Breakfast at the Tented Camp.
Morning drive through the Ngorongoro Highlands and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and on to Serengeti National Park with game viewing en-route. Parked lunch served en-route.
Dinner and overnight at Kati Kati Tented Camp.
Day – 4 :
Full day game viewing drive in the vast Serengeti and its endless plains.
Hot air Balloon game viewing available.
Meals and overnight at Kati Kati Tented Camp.
Day – 5 :
After breakfast drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for game viewing drive. Packed lunch served by the Crater. Late afternoon ascent the crater and drive to Ngorongoro Highlands.
Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Farm House.
Day – 6 :
Breakfast at the Farm House.
Morning drive back to Arusha City arriving by mid-day.

Morning drive north of Arusha and through the Great Rift Valley stopping at Mto Wa Mbu for a Cultural Visit with a local guide.
Lunch served at a local Restaurant.
Afternoon continue drive to Lake Eyasi arriving late afternoon.
Dinner and overnight at Lake Eyasi Tented Lodge.
Day – 2 :
This day is spent visiting the local Hadzabe and Datoga Bushmen including hunting with a local guide. Visit the local villages. Lake Eyasi is also a bird watchers paradise.
Meals and overnight at Lake Eyasi Tented Lodge.
Day – 3 :
Breakfast.
Morning drive through the Ngorongoro Highlands and Ngorongoro Crater and on to Serengeti National Park with game viewing en-route. Packed lunch will be served en-route.
Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Kati Kati Tented Camp.
Day – 4 :
Breakfast.
Full day game viewing drive in the vast Serengeti with its endless plains.
Optional hot air balloon game viewing available.
Meals and overnight at Serengeti Kati Kati Tented Camp.
Day – 5 :
After breakfast drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for game viewing drive followed by a packed lunch.
Late afternoon ascent the crater.
Dinner and overnight at Kirurumu Ngorongoro Tented Camp.
Day – 6 :
Breakfast at the Lodge.
Morning drive to the Ngorongoro Highlands arriving for lunch at Ngorongoro Farm House.
Afternoon take a guided cultural tour of local villages including a visit to the local farms.
Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro farm House.

Morning drive through the great rift valley and on to Tarangire National Park in time for lunch at Tarangire Safari Lodge.
